Setup Google Cloud Compute Instance with GPU

While working for a proof-of-concept, I needed to have a computer that would give me the GPU compute power. I decided to use the Google Compute Platform with a GPU for the following reasons,

• There is a USD$300 credit that I can use
• There are GPUs available (Nvidia K80/P100)
• I can install CUDA and cnDNN on it
