Start and complete your first ever Arduino project this weekend with your child! It will be a fun and engaging time spent this weekend. Both you and your child can learn electronics together, be amazed at how child views the world.

Project Zero : “Arduino, meet LED”

It’s really easy to get started with interesting electronic projects that would help kids and parents both learn Arduino together during the weekends.

In this series, we’ll have small snippet projects that will get you started. These short articles are written with the intent that no one with prior programming or electronic background should be able to complete the projects in less than a weekend!

What you will built

In Project Zero, we will turn ON and OFF a LED. That’s it! Easy peasy!

Hardware and Softwares

Ok, right before we start, we just need to get a couple of things. Here’s the list.

  1. MacOS or Window
  2. Arduino Uno
  3. 1 piece of LED (any color of your choice!)
  4. 1 USB connector (usually comes with the Arduino, see image below)
